How to place an order

1-Select your desirous item with the quantity for each item.

2-After confirmation of one order,send it by email with your complete adress & name to order@pinknailsshop.ae or sms to 00971-50-4818522, then we will let you know the terms and charges of shipment which depend on total weight of goods for orders outside UAE..



Shipping price whithin UAE( for weight less than 5kg).

The shipping charge for International Orders (outside of the UAE) will depend on the weight of the package.

3-We will give a response with 24hours. For regular order, our leading time is 3-4 working dayes. If the products you order are in large quantity or not in storage, the lead time is about 10 Days.

4-For UAE orders Cash on delivery.

4-For outside UAE orders delivery after receiving the payemnts through western union.


6-No minimum order.

ALL LINGERIE INCLUDING  BRA & PANTY SET, THONGS, G-STRINGS, MEN'S UNDERWEAR, TEDDIES, BODY STOCKINGS, BODYSUITS, BABYDOLL, STOCKINGS, HOSIERY,are not returnable for a refund or an exchange, due to the health  regulations set.

We do not accept  the exchange unless there is manufacture defect or  you receive the item incorrectly.
